Confidentiality across jurisdictions protects users from surveillance by foreign or domestic institutions. Xera acts as a neutral settlement layer unbound by regional financial constraints. Global organizations—including NGOs, research networks, and remote-first companies—can distribute funds privately without exposing internal structure.
